Horsham Xmas Cracker 2016

Well done to all the swimmers who travelled down to Horsham at the weekend to compete in the Atlantis Christmas Cracker open meet held by Atlantis swimming club.

The swimmers put in some very good performances and thoroughly enjoyed the weekend experience.

Molly put in an amazing swim to win gold in the 200 Fly and qualify for her first county of the year.

Teddy smashed her previous PB by 7 secs in the 100 Breast to obtain her first ever county qualification.

There were also county times for Alex and Freya, both in 100 breast event.

Megan did magnificently in the 200 Breast to set a Regional consideration time and in the process also set a new club record for her age group.

There were also new club age group records for Alex (100 breast), Freya (100 Breast) and Molly (50 back).

Well done to Ariana on competing in her first ever open meet and put in very good performances in 50 Back, 50 Fly and 100 Free.

Overall, a very fun and enjoyable weekend for all the swimmers and parents.
