Succession Planning

The Committee Seeks:

 

  • To recruit additional volunteers to help build the club to ease the pressure on some jobs and individuals within the club
     

  • To raise the overall swimmer development by recruiting new and developing its coaching staff to an appropriate level
     

  • To identify possible successors for all coaching, officials or administration positions within the club

 

 

Retention:

 

  • A young master lane will be created to retain older swimmers who cannot give the required hours to training to keep them in the top squads
     

  • In return for a reduced training schedule, they will be encouraged to take an active part in the club in either a coaching, official and administration capacity
     

  • The Head Coach will overee its execution
